Track packages

Find theFedEx tracking number in the e-mail we sent you confirming that your order has been shipped. Use that number at www.fedex.com to check the status of your order online. It may take 24 hours before tracking information appears on the FedEx’s web site.

Availability is an estimate. Some merchandise may indeed be instock and ship immediately. Estimated shipping times are given when your order is confirmed. Please remember that these delivery time frames are “estimated”. We do our best to expedite your shipment but we can not guarantee the amount of time it will require each respective manufacturer to produce your order. If you have a time sensitive requirement, please call us. We will do out best to work with you however we can. Items that oversell expected quantities can take longer. Some pieces have been selling faster than projected so back orders are occurring. When we confirm your order we will email you an expected shipping date. If your order will be delayed for any reason we will notify you as soon as we are made aware.

Delivery charges are based on the total value of your order. When your order is ready to ship, it generally takes 10-14 business days for delivery. No weekend or holiday delivery is available. Oversized and overweight packages may incur additional charges and service restrictions.

Next Day Air available on select items. Please call to check availability and receive a shipping quote.

Purchases of over $400 will automatically receive additional insurance.

We currently offer only one shipping option within the United States: FedeEx Standard Ground Service. Most of our customers in the contiguous U.S. receive their orders in just 10-14 business days after the order is processed and shipped. Need it faster? Expedited will deliver your order within 3 business days after we have filled your order. However, you will need to call and speak directly to a salesperson for this option. Returns

Return Instructions

The packing slip in your package will contain detailed instructions for returning an item.

Here are the basic steps:

For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS of FedEx for your return.

  • Please refer to your packing slip for return information.
  • Visit our Order Status page to request a Return Merchandise Authorization # (RMA).
  • Click on the order that contains the item you need to return.
  • Click the “Return Items button next to the item you need to return. Only items that are eligible for return will have an active link to click.
  • select your Return Reason.
  • We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
  • Insure package for proper protection.

You can expect a refund within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase online from George Watts. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased online, you may return the item within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, gift wrap or other charges.Larger purchases or those that were special ordered may incur a 15% handling charge. A customer service representative will contact you if that is the case. Products may be returned within 30 days of receipt of the items. All items must be in its original packaging and in its original condition. Laundered items will not be accepted. Each package requires a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). After request has been submitted and the return label received, please place the label on the outside of the package. All packages received by George Watts without a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted.

Canceling my order

After you have clicked “Place Order,” your order begins to process and you cannot make any online changes to your order. To change or cancel your order prior to shipment, you must contact a Customer Service representative. Please note that most orders process quickly and can enter the shipping process within minutes. If your order has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be changed or canceled.

  • We do not sell discontinued, damaged, or factory-seconds. We sell first quality products and do not offer discounted products beyond the prices set forth by our manufacturers and vendors.
  • If you are unsure of whether your pattern is still available, please contact us. We are able to special order many patterns as long as they are not discontinued by the manufacturer.
  • George Watts is an authorized retailer of all of the brands we carry both in our store and online (even if not indicated). We pride ourselves on our relationship with many of our vendors, old and new. We have established ourselves in the tabletop industry with over 138 years of quality service and satisfaction. We stand behind the products that we offer and you should feel confident when you purchase with us that we’ll stand behind you!

Many of our vendors have been notifying us of counterfeit merchandise or unauthorized dealers selling factory seconds, damaged merchandise, or offering sub-par customer service.
